The data processing takes place on the servers of this provider, which involves the transmission of personal data to the USA. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorised disclosure to third parties.For the transfer of personal data to the USA, we rely on the implementation of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) of the European Commission with the provider, which serve as the safeguard to ensure compliance with the European level of data protection.The provider is: Carrd, Inc. To protect the integrity of our forms, we use the service Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. This service is used to differentiate whether the input is made by a natural person or is automated. In this process, information such as the IP address and browser data are transmitted to Cloudflare. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, to protect our systems against abusive, automated processing and spam.

Our free resource library is hosted on Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., USA).
